Will Magic Mount fit my car?
Magic Mount is compatible with BMW models excluding the 8 Series, MINI vehicles, and the Toyota Supra MK5. It’s designed for standard 6 × 12-inch North American license plates.
Will my plate stay securely in place?
Magic Mount is rated to hold a standard, unmodified 6 × 12-inch plate under more than 10 G of force. Its magnetic arrangement guides the plate into position and helps it reseat through everyday vehicle vibration.
If it holds that strongly, is it difficult to remove?
No. Magic Mount combines a secure hold with easy removal. You don’t need to overpower the magnets, follow the removal method shown in our installation guide.
Do I need to drill, use adhesive, or modify my plate?
No drilling is required. Pre-installed double sided tape on the bracket is used to attach it to the license plate. Installation is fully reversible and leaves your plate unmodified. Once your existing bracket is removed, installation is designed to take under 60 seconds.
Can I leave the mounts on every day?
