Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Vusi Studios Inc. 2017 BMW M4 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Vusi Studios Inc., located at 1805 Hunters Run Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins on March 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter or win:
- Employees, officers, and directors of Vusi Studios Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising or promotion agencies.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) and persons residing in the same household as those above, whether related or not.
- Individuals or entities involved in the administration, security, or operation of the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 2017 BMW M4 with an approximate fair market value of $48,000 CAD.
The prize includes:
- Full coverage of all applicable taxes, paid by Vusi Studios Inc.
- A one-year limited warranty, provided by Vusi Studios Inc.
Important Prize Conditions:
The vehicle will be transferred as-is, except for the included warranty.
The winner is responsible for registration, insurance, and licensing fees, if applicable.
The prize cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
5. How to Enter
There are three ways to enter the Giveaway:
a. Online Purchase Entry
Participants will receive one (1) entry for every $1 CAD spent on eligible purchases made at Vusi Studios Inc.’s official website during the Promotion Period.
b. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, participants must submit a handwritten 3”x 5” card including:
- Full name
- Complete mailing address
- City, state/province, and zip/postal code
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Place the card in a standard business-size envelope with your return - - address and mail it to:

Each valid mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked between March 1, 2025, and May 31, 2025, and received no later than June 7, 2025.
c. Sponsored Ticket Entry (From Content Creators)
Vusi Studios Inc. will collaborate with content creators and influencers, who may distribute sponsored entry tickets to their audience. These tickets are awarded at the discretion of the content creators and Vusi Studios Inc. without requiring a purchase.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly via an open-source code drawing, which will be conducted live to ensure full transparency and fairness. The code will be publicly available for review, allowing anyone to test and verify its functionality before the drawing.
Winner selection details:
- The drawing will take place on or around June 14, 2025.
- The results will be publicly available within two (2) weeks after the Promotion Period ends.
- The winner will be notified via email and phone call within five (5) days of the drawing.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Publicity and Use of Winner’s Information
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Vusi Studios Inc. may use their name, likeness, and any related content (such as photos or videos of them with the prize) for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
- Vusi Studios Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in the event of technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances that affect its integrity.
- Any attempt to tamper with, manipulate, or fraudulently enter the Giveaway will result in disqualification and potential legal consequences.
- Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or received outside of the Promotion Period will be void.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Vusi Studios Inc., its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any and all liability arising from or related to:
- Entry in the Giveaway
- The awarding, receipt, or use/misuse of the prize
- Technical issues, delays, or errors related to entry processing
Vusi Studios Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries.
10. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada, as applicable. Any disputes must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within Ontario.
11. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

12. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with Vusi Studios Inc.'s privacy policy.
By participating in this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
