When purchasing from our store, you may be required to provide billing, payment, shipping, and contact details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations, and all descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

We may discontinue products or limit sales by region or customer at our discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after confirmation from us and successful payment processing.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions. If an order is declined, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided.

Orders cannot be canceled once processed for shipping, except as permitted under our Return Policy.

Purchases are for personal use only and not for unauthorized resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time of order confirmation and does not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, or customs fees, unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide current, accurate payment details and authorize us to charge all applicable amounts, including taxes and shipping fees.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day or less.

Standard Shipping: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days.

Express Shipping: Express orders ship within 1 business day and arrive the next business day after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once products are handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customers may return products at any time for a full refund, provided the item is in its original packaging, free from damage, and in full working condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a warranty-covered defect.

Customized, altered, or misused items are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.

SECTION 7 - WARRANTY

We provide a lifetime warranty for electronic components covering manufacturer defects.

Screens: Covered for 1 year for manufacturer defects only.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover misuse, mishandling, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic wear, or environmental damage.

Claims: Must be submitted to support@vusistudios.com
 within 7 days of discovering the defect, along with proof of purchase and required documentation.

We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Services and Products—including trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade dress, designs, and proprietary technologies, are owned by Vusi Studios or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services and Products for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell them without written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to tools or features operated by third parties. These are provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for your use of them. Any new features or tools will also be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Vusi Studios is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform. However, all sales are between you and Vusi Studios. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, and you release Shopify from all claims related to your transactions with us.

SECTION 12 - PRIVACY POLICY

SECTION 13 - FEEDBACK

By submitting reviews, ideas, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, including marketing. You warrant that you own the rights to your Feedback and that it does not violate third-party rights.

SECTION 14 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information at any time, including after you have placed an order.

SECTION 15 - PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities, or to interfere with the functionality of our website. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. Sections on Intellectual Property, Returns, Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will survive termination.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior consent. We may assign or transfer our rights without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Ottawa, Ontario, unless otherwise required by law.
