How It Works

At its core, the Vanish Plate is powered by liquid crystal display (LCD) technology. A small remote lets you toggle between modes, while the system is powered either by a clean hardwire connection or a simple 12V accessory port.

When activated, the screen turns jet black, concealing your plate. When inactive, it returns to clear mode, with a light tint, a natural byproduct of LCD polarizers. Most brands struggle at this stage, delivering screens that look cloudy, uneven, or heavily distorted.

We solved this with a proprietary Nano-coated glossy finish. Unlike matte coatings, which scatter light and produce glare, distortion, and haze under headlights or sunlight, our Nano finish reflects naturally and evenly. The result? A screen that looks clean, sharp, and integrated, without the visual noise.
